What is an ITM?

Our FLEX ITM’s combine the convenience of an ATM with the flexibility to speak with a live teller during banking hours. Flex tellers can assist you virtually with any transaction you can do in person including:

• Cashing Checks
• Making Payments to Loans
• Withdraw Cash
• Depositing Checks and Cash (without a deposit slip!)
• Transfer Funds Between Accounts

How does it work?

Simply touch the screen during business hours to speak with a teller, or insert your card to begin a self-service transaction.
